This great initiative from Yorkshire Tennis enables school to join the association for £10 in return for £100 of coaching vouchers. I have used this initiative with a number of schools in my local area offering free taster sessions in return to advertise coaching programmes or open days. It has worked really well and helped develop relationships with school I’d previously not worked with. We have seen an influx of new players on to the coaching programmes, and hope that next year school will use some of the Sports Premium budget to keep tennis on their curriculum!
