David Wallace and Max Hodkinson were multiple winners at this year’s Redmayne Bentley Yorkshire Tennis & Padel Awards presentation evening.

David picked up the Official of the Year Award, Yorkshire Tennis President’s Award and collected the award on behalf of the the NIC Yorkshire VI Tennis Doubles League for Competition of the Year. Meanwhile Max collected the LTA President’s Award and an award recognising his International & National Achievements. There were many other winners and successes to celebrate on an evening which brought together winners from across the county. Three award winners have also been shortlisted for the LTA national awards – the NIC Yorkshire VI Tennis Doubles League, shortlisted for ‘Competition of the Year’, Janine Foster of Withernsea Tennis Club has also been shortlisted for the ‘Cathie Sabin Volunteer of the Year’ award, while Courtside Hillsborough, Sheffield, is in the running for the LTA national ‘Park Venue of the Year’ award.
