OUR CURRENT OFFER – DOUBLE YOUR REGISTRATION REIMBURSEMENT
We went live on Monday with an offer to all venues. Your venues are getting a reimbursement from the LTA for their Registration fees. This is an amazing gesture from the LTA but will not scratch the surface in terms of helping venues at this difficult time. If venues want to use this money with We Do Tennis, we will double each clubs refund amount, for time spent on our services (see www.wedotennis.co.uk/ltafee). We will typically review a venue, how they operate, then suggest some ways to move forward and come back stronger. We are finding venues want support with their back to tennis plan, attracting members, general marketing, improving their website (or creating one) and coaching programmes. Our reviews are bespoke and each venue chooses the areas for us to look at.
WHERE WE FEEL WE FIT
We are a National Account for the LTA. This means we are one of 12 companies endorsed to support the LTA in venue development and coaching provision. We have a really good working relationship with Paul Bennett and the North LTA Team . However, we are independent and operate as a business. Our approach has been to work with the LTA team to fill any gaps and offer additional support outside of the LTA remit. Best explained with an example – The LTA team would talk to a venue about a clubspark website, demonstrate the use and point people to information and explanations on how to use. Some venues work with that and complete themselves. Other venues prefer to pay us a fee to do this, write copy, load pictures and enable functions. We can do this to support all functions of a tennis venue.

HOW WE COULD WORK TOGETHER
We really value how the LTA support venues and the important work of County Associations. We do not intend to infer that tennis venues are not well run, but understand the challenge of working in a voluntary capacity and the energy required to continue every aspect of a tennis venue. Our concept is new, but venues that have used our services will explain that we have dramatically moved these venues forward. Lots of venues have a small group of volunteers. We feel some additional, professional support from an impartial organisation can help.
