During this tough period for everyone and the downtime for all tennis players, Cultiv8 Tennis organised 16 Zoom meetings for the Yorkshire Tennis community including, Judy Murray, Kyle Edmund and Jonny Marray.
The programme had 2 aims:
- Give everyone an opportunity to learn something
- Bring us closer together as a coaching community
The speakers included:

Session 7: Oliver Waugh-Swain – Practical Strength and Conditioning Ideas for your programme
Session 8: Richard Crabtree – Developing players of all standards
Session 9: Naikhta Bains – My journey so far from training in Leeds to being 200 in the world in the WTA rankings
Session 10 – Paul Jubb – My journey so far from Hull to Wimbledon. Players session

Session 16: Yorkshire coaches get together to review all of the sessions and the key learnings
Feedback from all of the sessions was extremely positive and the engagement from players, coaches, parents and the Yorkshire Tennis community was impressive. The sessions have boosted moral of the Yorkshire Tennis Community in these tough times and kept everyone’s focus on the game we all love.
