We will appoint up to 8 YPDCs who will each receive a Retainer payment and will be financially incentivised to deliver Four Key Performance Indicators which are outlined later in this document. For those Clubs who do not meet YPDC standard we may award Aspiring YPDC Status. The difference being that Aspiring YPDCs will not receive a retainer but will be able to compete for funds as outlined at KPI 2, 3 and 4. It is planned that the Scheme will run for a minimum of 3 years and potentially longer.
