Bonus Pot and Dashboard placings
A Bonus Pot will be made available to the top 8 participants based on their performance related earnings excluding their retainer. This provides a level playing field for all participating Clubs. Points will be allocated depending on where YPDCs and AYPDCs end up in respect of each Key Performance Indicator. For example, a YPDC or AYPDC with the highest earnings on each KPI will receive 8 points and the YPDC or AYPDC with the lowest earnings will receive 1 point. No points will be allocated beyond 8th position. Points will be added in respect of each Key Performance Indicator to determine the overall position on the dashboard. Second – £500
Third – £400
Fourth – £300
